Altha DeSue prefers to be called “Venus” who is the goddess of love because she loves people. Venus has been married to Roger DeSue for 34 years and they live in South Florida.
Venus is an active member of the HOPE Church of Christ in Hollywood Florida.
Venus served 4 years in the United States Army and her highest attained rank was a Specialist 4. Venus’s passion for caring for others had led her down the career path of owning her own full-service nail salon for 18 years called Nails by Venus. She has also worked as a caregiver for senior citizens. Venus found her calling to become an insurance agent due to family members who had passed away from cancer.
Venus loves to encourage women, helping them to see the beauty in themselves by educating them on the proper skin care and makeup for their personal needs. She has been a beauty consultant with various companies for 25 years. Venus also understands the importance of being healthy and educates her clients on how to maintain their own health using health and wellness products.
Venus has been trained in public speaking through Toastmasters Organization. She has earned certifications in several areas of public speaking. Venus also served the state of Florida as a Notary Public since 2018.
Venus has recently become a Christian international Radio and Television station owner named “CIRT Broadcast”. Her mission in this endeavor is to empower entrepreneurs by providing a platform to help them get their message out regarding their businesses.
